WHAT IS MICROBLADING?

Microblading is a form of semi-permanent cosmetics. Microblading is a non-invasive procedure that provides a natural look to create the unique shape, shade, arch and frame of eyebrows for each individual. Microblading should only be performed by a certified technician.

HOW LONG DOES AN APPOINTMENT TAKE?

For a full set, (first-time) Approximately two hours. Touch-Up appointments sometimes can last as little as 45 minutes.

DOES IT HURT?

All skin types vary from individual to individual so the sensation may feel different to each individual. Clients often compare microblading to what it feels like when tweezing your eyebrows. The discomfort is minimal. We also use a numbing cream for all clients to create a more comfortable experience.

WHAT TOOLS WILL THE TECHNICIAN USE?

An ultra fine disposable blade is used to strategically deposit pigments of color into the epidermis to create perfectly shaped eyebrows. Much less invasive than a permanent tattoo, the soft touch of microblading ultimately creates a form of semi-permanent makeup. All of our products are sterilized and sanitized to ensure a safe and clean procedure.

DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING TO PREP THE DAY BEFORE OR THE DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT?

Before your appointment it is important that you: Do not use tanning beds or spray tans. Do not use any blood thinners or aspirin. Do not use alcohol or any drugs before your appointment.

CAN I GO TO WORK THE DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT?

Yes, microblading is a non intrusive procedure that requires little to no recovery. Other than some minor redness your eyebrows will appear natural and complete immediately after the appointment.

IS A TOUCH-UP SESSION REQUIRED?

Although your touch-up session is not required, we recommend this session in order to add dimension to your brows. This appointment is scheduled six to eight weeks after your initial appointment to seal in the final touches.
